1. Are you a surfboard rental company?
We are much more than that. We are The Endless Quiver™, where you can ride the best, sometimes most expensive equipment out there, anytime, anywhere.

2. Where are your locations?
Our main warehouse is located at: 1830 Lincoln Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90404 (Google Map)

We have three new locations where surfboards are available for pickup! Check them out.

We will soon be opening locations further South at:
  • Hermosa Beach
  • San Diego
We will soon be opening locations further North at:
  • Ventura
  • Santa Cruz
Both Florida and Hawaii are in our plans, and will more likely open 1st Qtr 2009. Members of the The Endless Quiver™ will be able to travel to other destinations and reserve surfboards there in advance to avoid traveling with their surfboards.

3. How much does the membership cost?
It is one simple plan, $9.95 per month, with no strings attached. Click here to read more.

4. How many hours, days can I use the surfboards? How many boards per month?
You can use any surfboard in 24 hour timeslots, for as many days as you want!

5. When do I pickup or drop-off the surfboards?
At our main warehouse we have three time windows for pickup and drop:

Tuesdays-Fridays Mornings: 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon
Weekday Afternoon: 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM
Weekday Evenings: 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Weekend Mornings and Monday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Members pickup their boards in a time-slot and must return within the same time-slot in blocks of 24 hours.

6. What About Dings?
Little dings or pressure points are not a problem, we will repair those for you at no charge, we want you to enjoy the equipment out there and SURF it! Small and Medium dings that have cut through the foam or generaly exposed the inside of the surfboard will be charged to your Credit Card on file as per the list below, and breakage of nose, tail or middle of board will make you responsible for the full MSRP of the board. You will be able to keep the board in the latter.

i. Minor damage including dings: $50.00 (Small Rail Dings)
ii. Medium damage or breakage: $100.00 (Fin Box Breakage)
iii.Major damage or breakage: Full MSRP of The Equipment. (Nose Breakage, Tail Breakage, Major Rail Breakage, etc...)

7. Do I need to Wax my board when I get it?
No, our boards are equipped with State of the Art XM Clear Grip ™ Deck Traction.

8. Do I need a Board Bag, Leash, Tail Pad or anything else when I pickup my Board?
No, Your board is provided in As New condition and ready to go, with a sick board sock cover and tail pads from OCEAN EARTH, Leashes from XM. When you visit our warehouse you will be treated VIP and will have the opportunity to checkout all the quiver in person to see what you will reserve next.

9. What if I want to purchase the board I tried?
We won't sell you any of our demo boards, but we will hook you up with a great deal with your local shop and/or shaper!
